WARRANTY

We provide a 25-day warranty on hockey sticks, which starts from the date of receipt. The warranty covers cases where the stick breaks due to a manufacturing defect. If the warranty claim is approved, we will replace the broken stick with a new one or refund your payment.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• If the stick was broken due to contact with another object.

• If the stick was already damaged before it broke.

• Improper use: If the stick was used on a surface other than the ice rink.

• Modifications: If the stick has been altered, such as being sanded or painted, the warranty is void.

• Exposure to extreme conditions: Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or other unfavorable conditions, such as leaving the stick in a hot car or storing it in a damp place.

• Accidental damage: Damage caused by accidents, such as breaking the stick when it gets stuck in the boards, goal net, or similar situations.

• Intentional damage: If the stick was intentionally broken, such as through improper use during a game or training.
