Warranty and Claims
How to file a warranty claim:
If you suspect a manufacturing defect in your stick, please download the
claim form (below) and fill in all the required fields, including photos of
the damage.

Warranty period:
All our sticks come with a 25-day warranty from the date the order is
delivered.
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to
damage caused by use outside standard game conditions.
What qualifies as a manufacturing defect:
● Breakage of the shaft or blade without contact with another player or the
boards
● Unusual delamination of materials during normal gameplay
● Deformation of the stick without visible contact or impact
If the claim is accepted as valid, the customer is entitled to:
● A free replacement stick (same model/flex/curve, based on availability)
or
● A full refund if the same product is not available
Claims will not be accepted in the following cases:
● Stick broke after the player fell on it
● Stick was slashed or broken against the boards or similar
● Damage from blocking shots, excessive bending, or improper handling
● Breakage during non-standard use (e.g. on concrete, inline hockey,
dryland training)
● Damage caused by extreme temperatures, moisture, storing in a car, etc.
Additional Information:
Each claim is assessed individually.
We reserve the right to decline any claim if it is not clearly the result of a
manufacturing defect.
